This belief is inappropriate, there are types of salads that make you gain weight cause there are fats and mayonnaise or oil have been added to it.
7-Soft drinks that contain one calorie (diet):
There is no scientific evidence that these drinks help you lose weight.
8-Not to calculate your weight:
Contrary to this mistaken belief, studies have shown that the measurement of weight helps to periodically reduced.
9-Diet pills reduce your weight:
Is not reasonable that the health food and exercise can be replaced by the diet pills only.
10-Joining the gym:
Exercise not only to go to the fitness gym, sports can be exercised anywhere, what we want to benefit is to move the whole body.
