Fat Loss 4 IdiotsIts amazing how some gym myths are so hard to die. Ask just about anyone at the gym these days and they will sell you the common wisdom: "Cardio is the way to lose wet." But the truth is t I've seen people kout on cardio equipment for years and they have not lost any significant wet at all.



se are dedicated gym rats t kout 3-4 times a week and use cardio maces for 30 minutes or more. Yes they break a sw and l ok afterward but their bodies look the same year after year.



We recently got a few new crosstrar maces at gym. y are the latest model and honestly everyone loves them because they just glide so smoothly. One person said: "It ls like you are not king out at all." se dedicated gym members get their 20 minutes "fat burn" kout and l like they got all the exercise they need for the day.



se new crosstrar maces take all the "k" - out of king out. y are gr if y only goal is to go to the gym to socialize and be pampered (notg wrong with t, many gyms today are just giant spas).



But if you are going to the gym to get results and you are looking to lose some wet then no amount of easy gliding is going to do it for you.



I tk most of these new maces are design to make you l better about yself today but not designed to get you the results t would make you l happy with y body for the rest of y life.



truth is t these crosstrar maces do not k when y goal is fat loss. y tend to be a total waste of time. You do moderate exercise and the computer gives you some h "calories burn" number t to me just doesn't l rt. You have a mild sw and brhe just a little bit heavier n normal. T is not the way to lose fat and get trim.



So you ask w is the answer. W do I do if my goal is to lose fat and get healthy. Well the answer is short intense bodywet circuits. Its the only way to l t burn. You end up really swy and l gr because of all the heavy brg. Its a new way of tking but short intense kouts actually do k at shaping y body into the lean fting mace it is designed to be.
