The 7 Minute Miracle:

Fat Loss 4 IdiotsNew Years is approaching accompanied by the weight loss promises. It is amazing the lies we will promise ourselves around the holiday season. My favorite promise is the one that turns Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years into one holiday break from working out or dieting. "I will eat what I want now and begin my strict diet and exercise routine after the holidays."

Does this sound familiar? Don't get me wrong, I am the worst offender. My problem and most likely yours is that we do not have an hour a day to go to the gym. We make unrealistic promises to ourselves and by the middle of January our New Years resolution has become next years goal.

Before we start thinking about solutions we need to analyze the problem. What makes us break these promises? Time is the first problem, second is money and third is confidence. Believe it or not these problems feed off of one another. If you had more time to exercise then you would spend money on products that may give you a better pump or tone. If the product you purchased gives you a better pump or tone then you may decide to spend more time in the gym.

As you can see whether it is success or failure, we are in a cycle. Unfortunately failure is easy. There are thousands of products that with body builders or models promoting them that work. You heard me correctly, from Malibu Pilates to Hip Hop abs to the Bow Flex machine all work. You are going to have to do more then they say, but they do work. What these programs don't mention is that you have to eat right, sleep right and change the workout routine to avoid falling into a cycle of failure.

If you honestly want to get into better shape then you need to change you lifestyle a bit. I want to share a starter guide with you to help you avoid the time and money that I have wasted over the years. First thing you need is proper sleepy. Dedicate at least six hours a night. Second, don't eat like an idiot. Drink eight glasses of water a day, look at the nutrition facts before buying food and don't over eat. Try drinking a big glass of water before meals, that helps me. Finally, start with a simple workout that you can stick to for a long time. There is a great book you can pick up from, "The7minmuscle.com." This is a program that features a seven minute daily workout. It is all but impossible to fail. A simple routine that shows you results will keep you in the gym.

Now go and start your new life and don't wait. Try it before the holidays are over and your left with nothing but next years promise. You can read more about "The7minmuscle.com," at "The7minmuscle.blogspot.com."
