This "diet" is a take off of the South Beach Diet....which is not hard to stick to at all.

I've been following it(South Beach) for the past 4 1/2 yrs, lost 124 lbs and have kept it off too...by continuing to eat the same I did to lose it.

i found that i stick to diets a lot easier if i am logging what i eat and what exercise i do. i've been using a free online food journal that lets me log my food and exercise. the one i've found to be the easiest is http://www.nutrimirror.com
the other ones are a bit more difficult to use and they can be expensive. good luck with your diet too! cheers.
