Eliminate All Processed Sugars And Reduce Salt: Nothing stacks on the weight like soft drinks and processed sugar snacks, eliminated them completely from your diet. Salt can lead to bloating as the more salt you have in your

This can be on the treadmill, jogging in the park or going for a bike ride, the key is intensity, you want to get your heart rate up and burn fat fast.
