Do you need to lose weight by Christmas? :

Fat Loss 4 IdiotsThere are many reasons why you may need to know how to lose weight by Christmas. Social gatherings, in-laws, and seeing people that you don't see any other time during the year are just a few. You know that the image you give them is going to be what they see in your mind anytime they think of you from this Christmas until next, so you want it to be a good one! The holidays are stressful enough, so I figured I'd help take some of the pressure off and tell you how to lose weight by Christmas.
The quickest way to lose weight is to cut calories. I'm sure you know that already, but what you may not know is how easy it is. I am going to tell you how to lose weight by Christmas by showing you five areas you can reduce calories that when combined, can cut your daily calorie intake by up to half!
#1 - Drink only water. If you drink water and avoid sodas, tea, and coffee, then you will be cutting out at least 245 calories!
#2 - Ease off on the "toppings". Instead of a handful of cheese on your salad, potato, or broccoli, put only a pinch. The same goes for croutons, dressing, ketchup, mayo, and so on. I know this is a little harder, but if you can make a little go a log way when it comes to toppings, you can eliminate anywhere from 50 to 500 calories or even more!
#3 - Changing your snacks is another good way of how to lose weight by Christmas. Eating a bowl of fruit instead of a pack of crackers or an ice cream cone can make a difference of 150 to 300 calories. Even if you add a spoonful on whip cream to your fruit, that's only 8 calories.
#4 - Don't eat any more than a serving size of each food. Did you know that the average person eats enough servings for three people at each meal? You don't need to feel "full" after each meal, you should feel satisfied. If you switch to only eating serving sizes of each food then that alone should reduce your calories by a third.
#5 - Don't eat in front of the television or computer. Your mind will be focused more on what you're watching and you will lose track of what you've eaten.
So if you want to know how to lose weight by Christmas, follow these five tips and let people remember the new you this year!
