Fat Loss 4 IdiotsThe one thing about weight loss for women (coming from a woman's point-of-view) is that there is a night and day difference about having some weight (which is Normal for your body structure! and even as you get older you must realize your body is a different age) rather than actually gaining unnecessary weight. Now if extra fat is the case; first thing you need to do (if you haven't already) It is Vital to go to a nutritionist, or doctor, and have your blood examined (at least once) if:
1. You have ever tried to loose weight and could not or
2. if you did, it was such a struggle to loose just 1 pound you need to realize that it is Not that uncommon that It just might be your thyroid, adrenal glands, hormones, ect. That can make you gain those 2 pounds after a slice of bread! Weight Loss for women is an age old mystery because a man doing weight loss plan b could lose 20 pounds and if a women does the same exact plan she may only lose 3 pounds of fat. So this problem has been around for a very long time.


If you are o.k. and it's your diet, here are some things that you need to know that really work to help weight loss for women. First watch what "oil" you use; "olive oil" is the only Oil that is actually good for your body that will clean out your system, rather then clog it. Secondly, eat "organic" meats, milks, and fish at least if not even the vegetables. Example: People in Italy eat like horses, but barely gain weight, or if they do it looks healthy. The main reason for this is because in America, they feed our cows food with "Hormones" so they get more fat, more quick. So in-turn, you digest that and then you are gaining weight when you shouldn't. (And you wonder why they won't tell people this) Thirdly, watch your carbohydrates, as well as your saturated fats! The reason why I say this is because carbohydrates actually turn into fat that is bad for you. (Example: is to eat Tuna Without mayonnaise) Do not eat 1 meal per day. It will actually make you Gain weight, rather than loose it because it puts your metabolism to sleep. It is better to eat 2-4 Small meals throughout the day so it wakes up your metabolism (which in turn gives you energy and burns off fat).
Also when you exercise you must in order to loose the nasty body fat, work only on "Cardio Vascular Exercises" first and foremost until you reach your desired weight (start even 5 min a day-Go slow!). Once you reached your desired fat loss, feel free to tone up! Examples of C.V. exercises: Walking, running, bicycling, swimming, etc. (Also if you have bad knees, or a back, it is better to use a bike and/or swim, rather than a treadmill preferably on smooth surface. Example: Smooth roads, not sidewalks) The reason why you do this first (Cardiovascular); is because if you tone with weights, etc.


Your extra fat will turn into muscle and you will be bulky rather than thin. (Now by this method I've known 2 women to go from 300 pounds to about 160 pounds.) 6. Just a few Tips! Do not believe everything you read in restaurants! They did a study and proved that On the Menu, for example: They say Chicken has only 500 calories. When they did a study, it turned Out it was actually 790 calories! They did many test on chain restaurants with the same results. So unless you plan on indulging, try to remain indoors. -Another Tip White sugar is bad for you, but Fake sugars (not naming any) are worse for you because they contain "Saccharin" which is a know chemical to cause cancer. (Also in many "sugar free candies" -read ingredients) In closing Tip: Stick with as much pure stuff, and not processed, or artificial, as much as possible!! Women Weight loss is a big issue her in America. Their have been countless diets and programs that have been created to help women achieve their ideal weight loss goals.
