Do you eat before go to sleep?



Don't eat late at night. The fat food you consume before go to bed be stored right in your stomach.

Control the calories you eat

Good advice. It can be difficult to lose weight around the middle.
I agree with you about not eating late at night.
I used to do that regularly and felt bloated when I woke up next morning, for obvious reasons. Not a nice feeling at all.
I no longer eat so close to bedtime. Instead I treat my digestive system with the respect it deserves, and never within four hours of bedtime.
