You don't want to jump ri into a low to very low carb diet either. That won't be good your health at all. Going into a low carb diet will make life less enjoyable, you may have mood swings, headaches, unable to sleep at nis etc. Some people going into a low carb diet may be happy at first seeing that their body is ting thinner ri bee their very eyes. That wei loss is in fact water loss. After a while you ene level so low, you feel so depleted in need of ene.
To your ene back, you starting eating more carb ri away you start gaining wei storing fat again. Eating the wrong kind of carb will give you the quick ene fix, you may feel good a little while but that doesn't last very long. Soon again, you need more ene, you more carb more ene. Bee you know it, you are putting back on the wei that you worked so hard to shed in the first place.
What you need is the natural carb that you from whole food like fruits, veables whole grain. You the essential carbs, you the long lasting carbohydrate that will give you the ene you need to go to the gym work out to lose the wei. Curb the bad carb intake the essential one ene you will lose the wei slowly but surely.
