The Medi Fast Weight Loss Miracle:

Fat Loss 4 IdiotsAs someone who has struggled with weight issues my whole life, I am constantly searching for the latest d or way of eating t is supposed to help me lose weight. Since I was about 9 or 10 years old I have struggled with oeating. I love to eat, and I love to eat way too much. It seems t ey time I eat what is considered a "normal" l or portion size I am left starving. Food is pretty much on my mind all day, day after day. This article is about a week in my life, when I lost weight, ate good food, and got a handle on the hunger and cravings t have dominated my life. I call it the Medi Fast weight loss miracle.


You may not have heard of the Medi Fast weight loss plan before, so let me give a little bit of information on what it is all about. Medi Fast is a lower carb way of eating. Not extreme low carb, but probably lower n what are used to eating. You eat six times a day while on the plan, about ey 2 to 3 hours. 5 of r ls are Medi Fast ls. You add water to them, heat some of them up (depending on what type of food 're preparing), and eat. There are various bars, puddings, soups, oatls, and shakes for to ose from. The sixth l is a l t design and prepare rself. Medi Fast calls it the "lean and green" l. You eat 5-7 ounces of lean protein along with certain vegetables during this l.


One reason why I enjoy the Medi Fast plan is the vary of the food t the plan offers. I like the taste of most of the food. I had oatl for breakfast ey day during my Medi Fast weight loss miracle. There are 4 or 5 different flavors to ose from, so I ne got sick of any particular flavor. The vary factor applies to the other food ices t Medi Fast offers as well. You can have pudding ey day if wish, and can ose from colate, vanilla, and banana varies. I had soup and at least 2 Medi Fast shakes ey day as well. Some soup ices include cream of tomato, chicken & noodle, and cream of broccoli. Shake varies include colate, vanilla, Swiss mocha, banana creme, and orange creme. I just rotated different flavors of each food ice each day, so as not to get sick of anything.


The "lean and green" l t the Medi Fast weight loss plan allows is probably my most favorite aspect of the plan. That's because I could still go out to lunch or dinner and still adhere to my d. I love dining out, and I don't want to give t up. I had just started Medi Fast, and I was going to go out to dinner with a friend of mine. No problem. I ordered a lean cut of steak, and had a salad. I also drank plenty of iced tea. I had a good time, felt satisfied, and didn't go home feeling bloated and tired like I used to after my many steakhouse visits.


I'm a big person who has struggled with being oweight for most of my life. When I try to eat less I'm hungry and miserable. The first week t I completed the Medi Fast plan here's what happened. After about 2 days I wasn't hungry in between ls anymore. I got to eat a wide vary of foods, so I wasn't bored with my d. I got to eat out at a steakhouse, and have a good time while sticking to my d. And finally, I lost 17 pounds in a week! I think I almost cried when I saw the scale after t first week. Those are the reasons why I call this article the Medi Fast weight loss miracle.
