Even though it isn't possible to get a ch to like all h fo, there some ways to get your ch to try them hopefully get to like them.


Even though you may be as creative as you possibly can, getting kids to eat h fo can be a r struggle. You sometimes need to outsmart them. It would be great if your ch understood the importance of fruits vegetables, however this isn't always the case. If you can't get them to eat good food willingly, there ways to sneak them in, such as ing muffins out of bananas or apples, or pizza with spinach on it.


Call fruits vegetables by funny names. You can refer to broccoli as "trees", ing them more fun to eat. There many different names you can call fruits vegetables, even ing up your own if you prefer. Most kids prefer to eat fo that sound fun.


Make the fo taste better.Ranch dressing is great broccoli, while peanut butter is a great topping celery. There several combinations vegetables that can e them taste much better. You can let your ch pick a topping a vegetable, even if it's something you wouldn't normally like yourself.


Dress the vegetables up. Just as much as calling them names helps kids eat h fo. Making them look funny also helps. You can do this by ing funny designs on the plate, or setting them up to look like people. Letting the chren experiment, sometimes will e the transition a little easier.


There several ways to e your kids eat hthier, but to e them enjoy it, it also has to be fun as well. This isn't always an easy task, because as we know, kids normally don't like fo that good them. It can however, be done with a bit of creativity. Hopefully, doing this will help your ch develop a love of h fo the rest of their lives.
