This is a part of the weight s plans for teens t has worked so well for thouss of overweight teenagers.
3. In addition to eating healthy you need to do some cardio. This can come in the form of walking, jogging, or riding a bike. Basically anything t w stimulate y heartbeat for a period of time. Be careful not to over do it y first few times. If you need to work y self up to a certain level t is fine. My advice would be to do this 4 times a week for 30 minutes each session.
